This is a Wescott's #FSA3031AB 1930 1931 Ford Model A Front Splash Apron designed for a Stock '30-'31 Grill Shell with a Mustang II front crossmember.  The "bubble" allows room for the front stear Mustang II Rack & Pinion.  Theys are the best made, correct fit and finish.
