Shipping

We ship worldwide except countries that are shown in our shipping exclusive list.

Orders are typically shipped with 24 hours after payment is completed. We will email shipping confirmation and tracking number to your eBay email address when your order is shipped. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

All our items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal address, please confirm your address on PayPal before you bid.

All orders ship to USA address will be shipped via very reliable e-Packet shipping, e-Packet is a shipping program cooperated by eBay, EMS China and USPS. Therefore, all USA buyers will received the USPS tracking number and our package average arrival schedule normally takes 7-13 days.

Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail with Tracking Number will be applied to orders from other countries except for USA, and the shipping time is varied depending on the location.

If the package arrives at your location with obvious shipping damage (including broken envelop, empty package and etc), please refuse the shipment.

If you find the item is defective after you accept the shipment, please save everything that is attached in the package, including all the documents, and contact us immediately, either through eBay message or email address.

You should state your item ID, item title and what the damage is clearly in your email. And please be advised that digital photos must be attached to the email you send.

And please bear in mind that you should contact us within 30 days since the day you receive the package, or it will be your own responsibility to take the lost of the defective item.

Return policy

No returns or refunds once product has been installed. In case of product defect buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable.

In the event that you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or defective or wrong in any way, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, exchanges/refunds will not be given.
