Omc stringer 400 motor and outdrive from 1978 30ft pontoon boat. Motor was completely gone through last year. Has new exhaust manifold from Sierra ($500). New starter ($100). New 120amp alternator. Rochester carb professionally rebuilt. Head with all new valves and magnafluxed. Compression 125psi each cylinder. Starts on first turn almost every start. New exhaust manifold risers ($200). New water pump and thermostat. Intermediate housing of stringer solid condition. Lower unit of stringer has either a broken shift dog or shift linkage (complete lower unit $300 on EBAY from many reputable sellers). Shift cable in perfect condition ($500 on eBay due to it being a rare gem). I'm a motivated seller due to I want it gone because I've repowered the pontoon boat with a larger and newer outboard.
