Returns must be made within 30 days after the package has been delivered. Buyer pays return shipping cost. Item must be in brand new unused condition. Refund will be given after the returned item is inspected. There will be a restocking fee if the package has been opened and needs to be repackaged before resale. Used or installed items are not refundable.
RETURN TERMS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item for a refund or replacement:
1. Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More action drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return. Please get in touch with us directly.
3. Photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you received, you can upload photos. Both eBay Customer Service and the seller can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed. Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
4. Pack the item carefully, include any additional information needed to speed up the return process such as order number and buyer information, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the us. You must return the item within 5 business days of once you have initiated requesting for return. Please include tracking information when returning an item.
5. If an eBay-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.
6. We will refund you within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. If you’re requesting a replacement item, we will ship it to you within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department within 7 business days. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days after delivery. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, please schedule pick up by the courier and have it returned to us.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We can not accept order cancellations if the order has already been shipped out to you.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
▪The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges/costs. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
