The center of the shaft have a U-joint that is welded on the one end getting rid of the set screws. This shaft assembly mounts the steering column to the power rack and pinion. Borgeson eliminates the rag joint and uses the u-joint to give the driver quick and responsive driving. The Dd shaft gets mounted to the u-joints with the set screws, making it easy to install and remove when needed. The steering shaft is longer making it impossible to bind up when turning the wheel.

We use UPS Ground for our continental US shipping. This includes a tracking number for your safety. Shipping costs listed in auctions are accurate for the contiguous US only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipping is available for an additional fee. International orders ship DHL, but show UPS Worldwide Saver for calculated shipping rates.

Please realize that we are in Pennsylvania and it could take 5-7 days to get your parts to the West Coast and Texas. We will automatically email you a tracking number once your item ships. Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment.
