Return

We offer a No-hassle exchange within 30days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

1. We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while We will cover all expense of send out replacement.
4. Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by our customer service) will not be accepted.
5. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
6. We did not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
7. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
