Payment

We accept payment through Paypal or by cheque or payable to "Rockshore UK Ltd". We also accept payment by most major credit or debit cards by telephone on 0845 6431033 (Monday to Friday from 9.30am but not including UK bank holidays).

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of payment. For UK customers, orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or by courier for heavier or larger items. Orders should be delivered within 1 to 3 working days however we would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us to allow for any unforeseen delays. Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery. Typically this is 3 to 5 working days for European customers and 5 to 10 working days for customers outside the EU. However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer. In line with Royal Mail delivery policies, we accept an order as lost after 10 working days for deliveries to UK addresses and between 20 and 25 working days for deliveries to outside of the UK. These are the maximum times we would ask customers to wait and is in line with other retailers/sellers.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on unwanted items within 30 days. Please ensure that items are returned unused with all parts and packaging included. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under current consumer regulations(see separate returns policy information under Business seller information below or contact your local Trading Standards office or consumer advice centre). Customers will be responsible for return postage costs. If an item is received faulty, damaged or the wrong item is received, please contact us within 4 days of receipt by email or through ebay message centre and we will advise further. We are unable to rectify problems with missing or damaged items after this time.
