Return Policy
The Buyer is responsible for notifying the Seller of any damage incurred by the package and/or merchandise due to shipping within 3 days of receipt. If the Buyer is unsatisfied, he may return the unused item in its original packaging with all accompanying manuals and accessories within 30 days of receipt provided that he has informed the Seller and has obtained a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA #). The Buyer will assume the cost of returning the item. In the case where the item is returned due to the Buyer's error (ex: cancellation of order after shipment, purchased item in error, etc.), the Buyer will assume a re-stocking fee of 15% as well as the cost of returning the item. All refunds will be processed via Paypal once the item has been received and inspected by the Seller. If the Seller determines that the item was used or damaged before its return, the Buyer will forgo his privilege of a refund.
