This is an Allan Grove #105L.  This mounts a 508 Style AC Compressor to the 289, 302, and 351 Windsor SB Ford Engines.  Designed to work with many different timing cover, water pump and pulley combinations this bracket allows you to adjust front to rear to align with the water pump and crank pulleys and is complete with illustrated instructions.  Bolts to drivers side head.  May not work with serpentine systems.
