SHIPPING
We ship within 24 hours (almost all domestic orders) of receiving payment using FedEx ( from California ) or USPS Priority Mail ( from NJ ).
If you need any other service such as overnight or 2 Day air please email us before we ship your item for additional fees. When your order is shipped you will receive tracking information.
Domestic Rates for AFO/APO AK, HI and PR - $28,95
We're not ship to P.O.Boxaddress, but if you have it, please, give us name of the street where it locates.
For International Shipping we use USPS priority mail International, Express mail ( for additional cost). International customers receive tracking numbers within 7-10 business days after purchase.
Delivery time for International orders 3-5 weeks.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high shipping cost, all International SALES ARE FINAL. Please, check our International shipping fee. International buyers should use the calculator for shipping rate.
International buyers are responsible for any importation and/or customs fees.
If you wish to combine shipping, please wait to pay until you have finished shopping and forward payment for all items in one payment.
We will send you a combined shipping invoice.

RETURN
We will accept a return under the following conditions:
Items must be returned in the same new condition, with tags and labels within 14 days after receiving your package.
You must inform us before you return the item.
After 14 days we do not accept returns.
The shoes must be returned in the same box as received. All tags, dust covers, booklets and whatever else was shipped with your items must be returned.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or used.
There will be a nominal 10% restocking fee on all items returned or exchanged to cover the shipping fees and expenses to list an item.
