made with brand new top quality sunbrella marine fabric

inside and out

also has sunbrella, inter skirt band or bonnet feature with shock cord "bungee" inside so

 that you can just slip over top of winch and will stay in place and remind secured

and have slit in the side so that line can run in or out with double sewn hems

 and  nickel snap to close
