Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made. On the 6th day, an unpaid item case will be opened with Ebay to cancel the transaction and the item will be re-listed. We accept Paypal and do accept other forms of payment, please contact us for details.

Shipping Information

We ship most items FedEx or USPS, depending upon which is most economical. Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in Ebay. Most items ship out within 1 business day.

We will expedite an order if you need it quickly, please contact us and we can give you the expedited shipping costs and options.

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get the things moving on a replacement.

If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement or refund on its way to you.

Dead on Arrival

If you have a problem with a part, please bring it to our attention. We treat all of our customers in a professional manner and we expect the same in return. We will either fix it, replace it or issue a refund, whichever fixes the problem.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. Refunds will be made minus the cost of shipping to buyer and buyer must pay for return shipping. Refunds will be made after the item is received and is verified to be in like condition from when it was shipped by us, so please pack returns very well. Even if our item says "Free Shipping", there is a shipping cost to get the part to you.
