Comes with FAA form 8130–3 Airworthiness Approval Tag from US department of transportation federal aviation administration dated 20th of July 2001.

Will be shipped in appropriate box as seen in photos with foam as this is how I purchased this unit. Can provide peace of mind for shipping this delicate part. Part change tag from Emery world wide airlines.

When I purchased this item initially it was wrapped tightly in plastic and in this box sealed. I would assume it has not left the box since it was initially packaged after being repaired in 2001.
