About shipping
- -Based on both the customer's and the item's location (i.e. in which warehouse the item is in stock) the package will be delivered with any of a variety of shipping methods, including UPS, USPS and FedEx. So it's not always with UPS, even if that is the only thing that eBay shows you.

About returns
