Returns:

You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some exchange will also incur a restocking fee. No returns on any electrical items.
