All Napolex Broadway Mirrors are now made in China—they stopped making them in Japan years ago. We only have one style left from the old stock which was made in Japan and that is model BW-91 (item # 121288579843). The quality has not changed, Napolex has very strict quality control and these are every bit as good as the old ones. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of this product please don't rely on what somebody said on a forum somewhere…contact Napolex.co.jp directly. We only sell 100% authentic parts—no exceptions!

We are a business which operates from 9-5 Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time. Please be aware that if you send us a message after hours, or during the weekend, we most likely will not be able to answer it until we are back in the office. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping:
• Most orders ship within 1 business day. Tracking numbers will be added to your Purchase History at the time the order is processed.
• Please note International Shipments can take 2 weeks or more. There is no tracking information for USPS first class International shipments.
• If you would like combined shipping, purchase the items but do not checkout. We will determine the shipping charges and send you an invoice.
• If you are not completely satisfied with our service, or your purchase, please let us know before leaving feedback so we can make it right.

Returns:
• Please send us a message regarding your return and we will respond with our current return procedures.

Exchanges:
• We do not do exchanges as there is no way to track them for inventory and security purposes in eBay or Paypal. In most cases you may simply return the item and make a new purchase for other item.
