Here's the fiberglass cover to a fuel injected yamaha 50 hp outboard 2007 I think but should be similar over many years.  Has damage on top section as shown in pictures.  Will need repair.  Please inspect pics for condition.  The seal and latch hooks look fine.  

Hopefully someone needs a cheap replacement.  I think it's an easy fix.
