1987-1999 Yamaha Box Comp, P/N 1YW-2160A-00-00.  Should fit the Big Bear 350.  350 Moto 4, 400 Kodiak.  This is a OEM, used part.  The light lens is broken.  Please check with your dealer to assure this part will fit your bike.
