Return Policy:

  • You must email me in advance to arrange for a return. 
  • Return period is 14 days.  Item must come back in same condition that it was sent out (item is not to be worn, if NWT – item must still be unworn, NWT tags still attached, etc.)
  • Buyer pays for the return shipping costs, and must include any tracking labels or information enclosed with the original order.
  •  Item must be sent back with the same amount of Insurance coverage and tracking information that item was originally shipped out with.
  • The amount refunded back, is the amount the buyer paid for the item only.  Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • If item purchased had free shipping, then amount refunded back is the amount buyer paid for the item, less the actual shipping charges that were incurred by the seller to ship the item out to buyer originally.  (Seller pays these shipping charges on “Free Shipping” items, however, the items don’t actually ship for free.)  So the actual shipping amount incurred by seller will be deducted from the amount refunded.
