If you are not satisfied and want to return your items, please contact us first.
You can return your purchased goods in the following cases:
* The return-shipping fee is at your own expense.
* All the returning items must be unused, with original packing and tags.
* You receive the wrong size, wrong color or wrong style etc...
* You will get your refund when we get the return-shipped goods.
* Some products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
Any item returned to us will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee minus S/H fee regardless of the nature of the return.
When returning products, it is recommended for customers to use a trackable method of shipment as we cannot be responsible for items lost while in transit.
When your items arrive at our company, a staff will check the product and proceed with the refund (or store credit at your discretion). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing after your item is delivered at the product return department.
