We only accept PAYPAL as a secured payment method.
All payments are expected within 7 days. Otherwise unpaid dispute will be filed to ebay.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We only ship to PAYPAL confirmed address. We do not ship to P.O. Mail Box and if you want, you can pick up locally yourself. please contact us to schedule a pickup so we can have your order ready and someone will be ready to assist you.
There will be 24-72 hours shipping arrangement period after payment is received. Excluding weekend and holiday.
In the case of item is backordered, we will notify and update the buyer immediately. 

Products will be ship out from our Canada warehouse.

Sometime, due in between of holiday and weekend, shipment maybe delay.

Customer is responsible to pay for their custom brokerage fees and taxes, if there are any. We are not responsible for any additional charges, and we advise our customers to check with their local authorities before placing the order.

POLICY

We will only accept returns for defective merchandise when buyer notified within 2 days of delivery. We do NOT accept returns that you don't like or you choose the wrong size. 

All sales are considered final unless defective, damaged, or item is found different from our description.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Some of our products are for "off road" use only! Buyers resume all responsibilities to check with all legal restrictions. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the use or misuse of this product. 

For item is claimed as not fit or defective, you must submit a photo or video for proof. Professional installations are highly recommended. 

RETURN

If you are not satisfied and want to return your items, please contact us first.

You can return your purchased goods in the following cases:
* The return-shipping fee is at your own expense.
* All the returning items must be unused, with original packing and tags.
* You receive the wrong size, wrong color or wrong style etc...
* You will get your refund when we get the return-shipped goods.
* Some products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

Any item returned to us will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee minus S/H fee regardless of the nature of the return.

When returning products, it is recommended for customers to use a trackable method of shipment as we cannot be responsible for items lost while in transit.

When your items arrive at our company, a staff will check the product and proceed with the refund (or store credit at your discretion). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing after your item is delivered at the product return department.
