Our Shipping Policies: We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS whichever is cheaper for you. If you choose a mailing option KNOWING your item will not fit just because it is cheaper (such as priority envelope for an air cleaner) it will be shipped parcel post OR your payment will be credited back to you if it runs more then what you pay and you will be asked to pay again. PLEASE use common sense when picking shipping options. On Larger/heavier items we use UPS. The calculator will show your price. Also, The turn around time is much faster with Priority Mail.
Expedited Shipping: We do offer overnight and 2 day air options. Please email from the auction page for expedited rates.
International Shipping: We offer several shipping options. Please keep in mind the cheaper the long it will take to get to you. We offer Priority International,(6-10 days) First class mail (varies) when available and Global Express(1-3 days).
Our Free Shipping Auctions: The Auctions listed with FREE SHIPPING will be shipped the cheapest way available to us. FREE SHIPPING IN US ONLY.
Delivery Time: Allow 2-10 business days for items delivered in the US once the item has been shipped. Our goal is to have your item(s) out with in 24 hrs of payment. Once your item is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation or tracking number depending on shipping method. International shipments will vary depending on shipping method.
Types of Payment: We prefer PAYPAL as the best form and most secure form of payment. IF you have none of these options, PLEASE contact us before bidding to set something up. We do expect PAYPAL payments within 5 days of the end of auction. If we have not received payment or an email stating why there is a delay, it will be sent in to eBay as a NBPA. The item will be relisted shortly there after.
Our Return Policy: Please read all information with in the auction to make sure it fits your application. If the item you purchase is incorrect due to you ordering wrong, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item unless it has been opened or installed at which time we can NOT take it back. You will pay for the shipping for the return of the item you purchased wrong as well as for the shipping back to you with the correct item. You will also pay for any difference there is in the item(s), if any. We allow 90 days from the end of auction for an exchange on parts. If the item(s) has been installed, we will NOT take it back.
Our Core Return Policy: In the Auctions that offer a credit for a core return, you (the buyer) will pay the full amount of the auction. Once we receive the core back, and it is in rebuild able condition, you will receive the core credit added back to your account via Paypal. The core MUST be in REBUILD ABLE CONDITION in order to receive your core credit. If the core is not in rebuild able condition, you (the buyer) will pay for the shipping cost BACK to you, or the part will be discarded.
