This engine has always been ran in freshwater it was on my duckhunting boat up until I started having lower unit problems I have a cheap compression tester and according to the compression test it is low of compression in both cylinders but my compression tester could be malfunctioning it's funny it was showing exactly  30 psi in both cylinders from what I'm reading online it should be around 75 psi this powerhead was running on my boat before I decided to take it out of service so I'm beginning to think my compression tester could be wrong. Having said that this power it is being sold as is it could possibly need a rebuild.  I do know it was not knocking and I have never experienced any out of the ordinary noises.
