DORNE AND MARGOLIN RADIO ALTIMETER ANTENNA P/N 3-14 is used and guaranteed to work. This number is on the top black placard  that says antenna.

I have never seen anything like this, so trying to even decide which is the part number, I counted 3 part numbers.  There is a COLLINS P/N 622-0954-002 on a placard at the base of the oblong side , above the flat plate, as shown in the photo.

Another P/N 013-1561-020 stamped on the top back side of the gray rectangle , also I tried to photo this for you.

It is good shape, the connector is clean , and in good shape.  There is piece of wire showing thru the brown mud type of pudding the two parts together, as in photo.
