P/N 10-214-2 with 11" from tip to base,  is used and guaranteed to work.

When you read the label on the bottom, it is made by Communications Manufacture, however, the part number is a Beechcraft part number.

The tear drop base is excellent, with the connector looking as if not used.  There are some chipping of paint and one chip at the top, and another between the rod and top of base, a small paint chip.
