Policy
- Payment shall be paid to PayPal account ONLY.
- A FULL payment MUST be made
within TWO days. If the purchaser
requires more time to clear the payment, the purchaser MUST message us.
Otherwise, we will cancel the transaction.
- The
purchaser MUST provide us with a telephone number, e-mail address and a
confirmed shipping address.
- We DO
NOT ship to PO Box address.
- If
there’s a difference between the shipping address by eBay and PayPal, we
will send a note to the purchaser about it. If purchaser doesn’t
reply within 24 hours, we will ship to the PayPal shipping address.
- In
the event when the item(s) are returned to the sender due to a given wrong
shipping address, all return and re-shipping charges incurred shall be
bored by the purchaser.
- Please
allow TWO - THREE days for packaging
and in case, the shipping company is closed during weekend/ public
holiday.
- A

item(s) concerned prior to purchasing.

not entertain a refund/ a return in the event the purchased item(s) do
not fit or require modification as this item is sold on “As Is Where
Is” basis.
- We do
not entertain a refund/ a return in the event the purchaser changed
his/her mind about cancelling the transaction after we sent the item out
to the shipping company.
- We do
not entertain a refund/ a return in the event the purchased item(s)
are damaged due to packaging.
- The
item(s) are packed with due care during packaging. However, it is beyond
our control in ensuring that item(s) received by the purchaser shall be in
the condition as listed on eBay. It is extremely difficult to ensure that
the item(s) will not be damaged because, the moment the shipping company collects
the item(s) from us, it involves several parties at transits during the
shipping process.
- However,
when the purchaser receives a damaged package, the purchaser MUST
NOT remove the item from the packaging. Please maintain it for inspection
purposes for the shipping company.
- The
purchaser MUST take photographs of the packaging FIRST
and the item(s) and send to us immediately within ONE day.
- If
the purchaser removes the packaging without taking photographs or
the purchaser takes more than 2 days to inform us about the damaged
item(s), we cannot help you due to the shipping company’s policy.

would try to help the purchaser in pursuing some claims from the shipping
company. Please note that the shipping company will have the final say to
decide on whether to compensate the purchaser or not.
- If
the purchaser do request for a substitute replacement of the damaged item,
the purchaser MUST bear all
shipping cost of sending the item to the purchaser’s country.

if the item(s) are wrongly packed (not according to the purchaser’s order)
and delivered to the purchaser, the purchaser MUST return the item(s) to
the seller and the seller shall bear all costs with regards to return
