YOU HAVE PURCHASED A USED HELMET FROM RE-CYCLE PARTS-N-ACCESSORIES
This helmet may have visible or invisible damage. RE-CYCLE PARTS-N-ACCESSORIES has no knowledge of whether the condition of this helmet impairs its ability to protect you in the event of a crash. Determination of this helmet’s ability to protect you is strictly your responsibility.
ALL USED HELMETS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES – EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY – AND WITH ALL FAULTS. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER WARRANTIES REGARDING THE HELMET OR RELATING TO ITS QUALITY, SAFETY, AND/OR PERFORMANCE. RE-CYCLE PARTS-N-ACCESSORIES assumes no liability for any damages, direct, indirect, consequential or special, or any injuries to persons or property, arising from the use of the helmet, regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, and warranty or otherwise.
YOU HAVE SEVEN (7) DAYS TO INSPECT AND RETURN HELMET
This notice is to advise you must fully inspect the helmet within seven (7) days after you receive the helmet. We recommend you have a qualified third party perform the inspection. If for any reason you wish to return the helmet, with or without inspection, you may do so within 7 days after receipt. This policy supersedes our “All Sales Final” policy, and returns regarding incorrect fit will be accepted. If you decide to return the helmet within 7 days, please contact eBay seller RE-CYCLE PARTS-N-ACCESSORIES and we will confirm your request for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be covered by the Seller. Failure to return the helmet within this time period will signify your agreement that you have assumed all risks related to the helmet’s possible damage and its ability to protect you from injury.
This notice is governed by and shall be constructed in accord with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
BE SURE THE HELMET FITS CORRECTLY
As part of your inspection, please be certain that the helmet is the correct size for the intended user. Helmet fitting instructions were included with your helmet shipment. If you did not receive the helmet fitting instructions, email us and instructions can be ether emailed back to you, or mailed to you.

For all international shipments, we use USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail International.
Exchanges or returns are limited to 30 days from date of purchase. Helmets must be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. Items include ONLY what is pictured, verify fit and/or application before bidding and ask all questions before the auction closes. If an item is not as described, we'll work with you to find a solution.
We accept payment transactions through our online checkout ONLY. PayPal is preferred. All major credit cards are also accepted and will be processed through PayPal. Placing a bid is a binding contract between you and us, the seller, as according to eBay policies. Bids placed in error will not be removed. All items must be paid within 4 business days unless otherwise arranged between buyer and seller. If payment is not made, the item will be relisted.
