Within 7 days after receiving your
parcel, we offers a No-hassle 7 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel
is defective due to manufacturing problem.
The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return
guidelines are followed:
1. We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use
factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original
package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all
expense in sending replacement.
4. Any returning must inform us first, to send back without return ID
(given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
5. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
