Bought this kit for 2001 Kawasaki ZX12R and will fit 2000-2005. Comes with Universal ZX12R/Hayabusa wiring kit. Will have to know what your doing or get it professionally installed. 

Shifter mount will have to be modified or a new one purchased from Spencercycle or other retail chain.
