Combined Shipping: We are happy to combine shipping but you must email us in advance. We will do our best to keep your cost down and accommodate you. Payment: Payment is due at time of purchase. If payment is not received in 7 days, an unpaid item notice will be sent followed in 4 days by an unpaid item violation report to eBay. In certain cases the restocking fee may be waived. For instance, if the part you receive is defective. Normally these items are returned to the manufactures which are generally covered by a 1 year warranty. In these cases make sure we're notified ASAP. Our highly sought after custom valve covers have been featured in several magazines including Super Chevy, Custom Fabrications, Rod & Custom & Chevy High Performance We expanded the business to include fabricating custom plenums, intakes, transmission and oil pans. All of our custom products are made from the best quality USA aluminum available. Due to the fact that custom work is very time consuming and the current state of the economy, we were forced to downsize. In our attempt to simplify things we currently only offer our most popular custom valve covers. If youâre racer or street enthusiasts and are looking for the best aluminum products on the market you have come to the right place. Keep in mind that our custom valve covers are made to order and require additional time to manufacture. We understand that not everyone has the budget to purchase or requires such a quality product. All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS, unless expedited delivery is requested. If you are ordering from the lower 48 states you should expect to receive your package within 1 to 5 business days. Some products are shipped directly by the manufacture and are generally shipped within 3 business days. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include a residential or business address to allow shipment reception. UPS and FedEx does not accept P.O. Box addresses. Some oversized packages may need to be delivered via Parcel or Freight. We do offer international shipping. Please contact our sales department direct via eBay Messages, or call us for proper shipping quotes. On occasion we may be out of a product you are ordering and we reserve the right to drop ship.
Many of the parts we sell are warranted by the manufacture. Most of these warranties are 90 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us directly if you have any question on a specific item warranty. Parts used for competition or racing are only warranted under manufacture defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. Any part that shows evidence of use, installation (contrary to manufactures instructions) or damage will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
In the event you need to make a return, you will have (14) days to file a return. Product must be returned in original packaging and properly packaged. All other non-original packaging will not be accepted unless authorized by APS Racing USA. Please contact us directly to receive our Returned Good Authorization Form (RGA). Please include this form with your returned item. We do not accept returns on custom ordered items. Customer is subjected to a 25% stocking fee if him/her failed to contact us within the(15) day time period. Returns will not be accepted without RGA form.
