For this reason, we do not refund navigation purchases. We will however accept returns for non-working discs or non-compatible discs, in trade for a like-kind exchange or store credit for other merchandise. If you receive your disc and find a problem with it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and please return the disc as soon as possible, for an exchange. All other item will also be exchanged!
