Q1: How accurate would the color you paint on the seat cowl be matched to my original fairing?

A1: With but not limited to the below factors, there is no guarantee of 100% match from any brand of paint in the market.

-Condition (new/ old) of the body kit. Our items will be matched and painted base on the brand new color, it will be more accurate for newly painted body. Certainly, if your original parts are wearthered, you may expect there will have a slightly color difference between our item and your stock fairing.

-Method of painting. Dot, brush and spray on the surface will not only affect the brightness but also the saturation of the color.

-Clear coating, Number of clear coating will affect the reflection of the color. Nevertheless, it will also affect the color tone (yellowish) if the coating (lacquer) is not clear enough.

-Heat. High temperature transferred from your motorcycle to the fairing parts will more or less change its original color of the paints.

-Different batch of brand newe motorcycles would have a slightly different color even they were released from the same manufacturers in the same years.

Q2: How can I get a best-matched painted item from you?

A2: In order to get a high accuracy of color matched item, you can send us a piece (not smaller than 10cm x10 cm) of your original part* with the color you wanted. With your sample, although we cannlt guaranteee a 100% perfect-matched item can be delivered, we believe we can replicate you a product over 90% match of the color you expected. (*Please select the area without direct sunshine or heat; else, the sample you are going to provide us would probably a bleached or burnt color sample and wihch turns into an inaccurate color sample and resulting a poorly matched paint job.)
