Payment must be made through Paypal with funds from either from the buyer's Paypal balance, bank account, or credit card. Immediate payment is required for Buy it Now purchases. Payments for auction and best offer purchases should be made as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery. Items will not be shipped until payed in full.
In cases where multiple items are purchased and the buyer requests a combined shipping quote, the buyer MUST contact the seller to arrange for combined shipping. As many of our parts are very heavy, combined shipping can often cost MORE than separate shipping. Additionally, including some items in a combined package may risk damage to other parts.
Shipping:
We offer the choice of FedEx and UPS on all packages (USPS Priority Mail offered on smaller packages, as well). We will not ship via FedEx Smartpost under any circumstances, due to bad experiences and lost packages.
ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY INSURED. Should a refund be requested and accepted, you will quickly receive the full purchase price plus shipping.
Shipping is auto-calculated by eBay, based on weight, size, and destination, and is usually accurate. If your shipping quote is unreasonably high, please contact me BEFORE BUYING and I'll see if there is some way to reduce your shipping cost. eBay's shipping is usually fairly accurate, though, and no discount is guaranteed. I can try to lower shipping post-purchase, but, once a purchase has been made, the buyer is expected to pay at least up to the quoted amount.
If the actual shipping cost is higher than the quoted price, WE WILL COVER THE DIFFERENCE.
A handling fee is charged to cover insurance, packing materials (we spend $30-$40 on some packages). eBay auto-calculated shipping does not include the cost of insurance and often, packing our heavy items requires additional, expensive packing materials (we use instapack, among others) and considerable time and effort.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Buyers on the approved destination list are welcome to purchase at-will, but we recommend contacting us first for a shipping quote (international shpiping can be very expensive) on a per-item basis. If an item is bought without a quote, the buyer will be expected to pay the full shipping cost plus a handling fee (less than $51, to ensure the package is robust enough for international shipping and to deal with the additional work involved in shipping internationally).
Buyers who are NOT on the approved international list MUST contact us before buying. Non-approved purchases made by buyers in non-approved locations will be cancelled.
