Used Items/Parts Policy

Shipping:

Tracking/Signature Confirmation will be used to track the time, date, etc. that the items/or parts are delivered. Most items are shipped within 2 business days. (Please note that weekends are not business days).  NOTE: Shipping fees will not be refunded.  See return policy below for more information.

Warranty:

There is no warranty for used items/or parts. Therefore, I will not be held responsible for items/ or parts purchased in error, misdiagnosed, damaged during installation, etc. Inspection/or repairs should always be done by a professional.

Returns:

Items received should be inspected, and tested for damages.  If the items/or parts are damaged, the buyer has 14 days to initiate a return once delivery has been made.  Shipping fees are not refunded on new/or used items/or parts.

Feedback:

Positive feedback is highly encouraged from all buyers.  Because of that I offer a 14 day return policy on all items/or parts.  Note: Please read the return policy.  Furthermore, it is not a warranty, but it does provide the customer with some form of security when purchasing my items.  

Also, if any item must be returned, and a refund given. The buyer must contact me as soon as possible about the issue.  Furthermore, all buyers that commit to buy my items/or parts agree when buying my items/or parts that no negative/or neutral feedback will be given.

As a seller I try my best to provide customer satisfaction, and make customers feel protected.  The least I respect in return is positive feedback.
