Chopper freaks in the 1960’s cooked up some pretty wild handlebars for their custom death traps, especially in California’s fabled San Francisco Bay Area. Our Frisco bar pays homage to the bikes of guys like Sonny Barger, Arlen Ness and Tobie Gene Levingston. These bars generally do not require changes to brake lines or cables on Evo Sportsters.

Biltwell handlebars are precision crafted with 100% seamless 4130 chromoly. The wall thickness of our tubing is a burly .120". Dimples to accommodate original equipment throttle, brake and clutch assemblies.
