This is a new fiberglass aftermarket hood scoop for the 99-04 Mustang.  It does not have a grille & it is not made for one (functional).  The hood scoop measures as follows:

 19 3/4 inches wide at front tips;

 22 1/2 inches wide at rear;

 17 inches long (measured at middle of scoop); 

2 1/4 inches tall at front. It has five mounting studs & hardware is included.
