Limited Warranty
We offer a limited 60 day warranty on the
item, upon the date the item is received. Buyers are
responsible for shipping fees to exchange the product
*Unless item is damaged upon arrival.
Most aftermarket items do not come with instructions
and professional installation for all items is highly
recommended. Xpert Tuning will try our best to post
general installation guides or FAQ on our blog.
Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No
exchanges will be issued on products that have been
damaged or used improperly (Modified).
Our goal is to ensure that all customers will have an
enjoyable purchasing experience, if you found any
problems with the item do not hesitate to contact us
and let us know. We will work with you and solve the
problem. No questions asked!

Exchanges
Warranty is for
EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a
60 days limited warranty
against manufacturer’s defects
including bulbs, LED outage,
and water leak.
No
exchange will be issued on products
that have been damaged in
any way. If your item is
damaged during shipping, please refer
to Damaged Items Section. All
warranty claims
MUST
have a RMA number issued by Xpert-Tuning.

Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we
sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to
shipping. All of our products are sold as brand
new, all damaged products are considered damaged
during transit (even though outer boxes is not
damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item,
please contact us immediately so we can help you with
the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims
will be honored after 14 days upon item receive.

When exchanging or returning,
all products
MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
with RMA number issued by Xpert-Tuning clearly marked
on the outside of the box. Packages received without
a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and
no credit will be issued.
If the item was damaged, defect, or wrong
item shipped, our RMA department will provide a
return shipping label via email if needed, also UPS
claim will be filed, we will have to wait until the
claim approved before we can exchange any item for
customers. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for issue
of your RMA number. Please allow 10-14 Days to
process your return or exchange once it has been
received by our RMA department.
NOTE:We strongly advise you to keep your
factory OEM lights in case
you need to exchange your purchase.
This way you'll have something
to use while you wait for your
replacement.

All shipping
and handling fees are non-
refundable in any circumstances,
unless it is approved by Return
Department.

Wrong items ordered will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return items must be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in its original packaging.

instructions, PROFESSIONAL
INSTALLATION is highly recommended. Buyer

backorder, we
do try our best to keep the inventory
accurate
for the item that we list. There might be
chances that the item is out of stock
before we
can stop the listings. If this does
happen, we
will try to contact our customer and
provide a
few option, by offering a ETA of the
item,
exchange or upgrade to another item or
issue a
full refund, if customer does not wish to
wait.
