60 Days Limited Warranty
Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by KnockoffParts.
Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, therefore, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you have received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item received.
When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by us clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by our Return Department.

We accept Paypal only. Buyers can pay with your credit cards or debit cards once you set up your paypal account or you can pay while signing in as guest. Please make sure you provide the correct ENGLISH shipping address at ebay checkout, and we are not responsible for the lost of package due to incorrect address.
We are USA seller and we ship directly from our USA warehouse. Handling time is 1 business day (SAT, SUN and holidays are not business days). Our shippers are USPS and Fedex. Please do not use PO box address as Fedex doesn't ship to PO boxes.
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We participate in Ebay's Global Shipping Program whereas ebay is the forwarder. We will provide tracking from our warehouse to ebay's warehouse in KY. Then Ebay will provide the tracking number from their warehouse to your country. Please call ebay if you have any questions about the program.

We will refund the order on any unused items upon return with 30 days. No questions asked! Please contact us and request for a RMA# prior to return. Tracking # is required for the refund.
Optional 60 Days Warranty Extension
We value your business and we also hope you value our service. Every customer automatically gets free extension of the warranty from 30 days to 60 days. However, it also automatically opts you out of the extension if an ebay case is opened, 3-star or less rating is left or negative/neutral feedback is left. Per our experience, 99% of the problems can be resolved via ebay messages. Hence opening a case or leaving bad feedback are not needed at all.
