All items will be shipped USPS unless otherwise noted. Depending on the weight, box size, destination, & dimensions. Will determine the shipping charges. All this will determine how your item will be shipped. It will either ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. If I can not Ship it Cheapest way or if it is cheaper to ship UPS with my rate I will ship it UPS Ground. Unless you are in CA. I try to ship within 1 Business day after payment is received or cleared if E-check. A Tracking number will be emailed to you.

International or Non-contiguous US Buyers: We do not "adjust" customs values. If you are unwilling to pay the additional duties or fees, please do not buy our items. USPS regulations differ by destination country and insurance is not available on all international shipments. We ship FEDEX GROUND, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service: First Class, Priority Mail & Parcel Post, on occasion I have to use another Carrier for larger Items to save on shipping costs I will notify you if this is the case.
Handling Time, for USPS Priority Mail expect 2-4 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number, USPS Parcel Post Mail expect 7-15 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number, USPS First Class Mail expect 2-6 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number. FEDEX Ground & UPS Ground expect 8 - 11 days after email confirmation with tracking number. Your package could arrive much sooner all these handling times are considered worst case. Meaning the longest time you would have to wait to receive your package. You will receive an email once your item is shipped with a tracking number. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping costs may be slightly higher, so you must contact us for a shipping quote before placing a bid or using Buy-It-Now.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy. Most of our items are non-refundable. We do however refund or Exchange some items such as Our Speedometers & Tachometers. On a Per case Basis. Due to Misuse. We have had to put a stop to this. If you want extra piece of mind I suggest buying a Warranty Such as Service Plan on Ebay or BuyShield in my Listing good for 1 Year usually on Extra $9.99 per $88.00 it is usually good for any damages or broken items whether it is an accident or not. Great Warranty to have and things happen good to know if you wreck or your used item stops working in a month you can just get it fixed or replaced.

All our items are mainly sold used or AS IS. Unless stated it is new. However if you have a problem we aim to please. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. So before leaving negative feedback. Email us first, call. Do not dispute it or leave negative feedback. Don't assume the worst. I try to describe all of my items to the best of my ability. I take lots of pictures so you can see what you are buying. If you do not see something. Feel free to email me. I will take more pictures and email them to you so you can bid and buy accordingly. Or ask me questions.
Refund Policy: There is nothing worse than paying for an item and waiting a week and then opening up your package and receiving something different than what you expected. So ask questions and email me if you want to return something the guidelines are; if we unintentionally misrepresent it, we give full purchase price back. Less Shipping charges. If you change your mind or did not take the time to read the description and did not ask questions specific to the problem before bidding, there is a 20% restocking fee to cover our time lost costs Freight will NEVER be refunded as it has been spent and we cannot get it back. This is standard practice in the mail order industry. We do not refund in most cases so questions are advised. If you feel that an item was horribly misleading please let me know so that we can work it out! Your satisfaction is my #1 priority. WE never refund for Shipping. This is also the norm with most Ebayers Sellers on Ebay. It is not negotiatiable. This is set in stone. I sell all my items at a very low discount to you. So I cannot afford to be paying extra charges.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT COSTS
We ship overseas and will try to ship anywhere if possible on smaller products. Please know that due to past negative experiences that we only offer Priority Mail shipments to our out of country buyers. It costs more but the buyer receives insurance, tracking and speedy service which will make any auction winner happy and give them a sense of security knowing that they will not be ripped off as their item reaches them sooner.
