SHIPPING CHARGES: Listings which include free shipping have shipping and materials "Built In" to the purchase price of the item as a courtesy to the buyer. This makes the cost plain and is a convenience to the buyer. In the event of a refund, whether partial or full, the cost of the shipping and any shipping materials, will be deducted from the purchase price. The actual cost of shipping is documented by eBay and that figure will be used. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as per the eBay 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Additional items, such as, air packets, popcorn, irregular or large boxes, and any other miscellaneous packaging materials may be deducted from the purchase price in some cases. RETURNS: If an item is purchased and the buyer decides that item is "not wanted" or the buyer has mistakenly purchased the wrong item, the seller is under no obligation to accept a return. "Buyer's Remorse" is not a legitimate condition for which a return is accepted. Due to the wide variety of items sold by the seller, it is not reasonable to expect the seller to have complete and intimate knowledge of all of the compatibility and subject matter of each individual item. The seller will provide considerable, clear, and conscientious photography to identify the item for the buyer. The seller will make every effort to describe and list items as accurately as possible and will offer multiple detailed photographs, including all part numbers, when applicable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: In the event the buyer should receive an item damaged in transit, defective, or DOA, the seller will refund buyer's full purchase price within 3-5 days of seller's receipt of the item. If item was damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller upon immediate receipt of damaged item, so that a claim may be arranged to be filed as soon as possible with the carrier. Buyer agrees to provide photographs of the damaged item, in the original packaging, and in the original condition in which it was received. Any and all returns should be packaged properly, using the original box, packaging, and packaging materials so that the part arrives without further damage. All damage incurred during return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We insure all of our shipments and we recommend that our buyers do the same when returning our items to us. The buyer is wholly responsible for the safe and secure return of any item returned to the seller, and for the condition in which it is received. Refunds will be issued only after the original part is shipped, returned to seller, and verified to be the exact same part which was shipped to the buyer. We will know immediately upon inspection if the part does not belong to preferredperformanceparts. We take great pride in offering our automotive parts. If you are returning a preferredperformanceparts automotive part, please be certain you are returning a preferredperformanceparts automotive item and not your old part, or another part, by mistake. We all get busy and it is easy to mistakenly return the wrong part when working with multiple identical parts. These are used items and will have some signs of normal wear and use. We do not test or road test items.
DISCLOSURE: AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware and have full knowledge of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
