Both pieces in the unit are new items, some cosmetic slight scratches on edges where it rests on surfaces, but the motor and the fan have never been put into use. 

The motor is FATCO D492, the fan I have found no marking/names on, may have been custom built?? 

If you are interested in just one part: motor or fan, will gladly separate, shipping would be quite a bit less, contact me through Ebay messaging to get a shipping quote for whichever half you want.
