Up for bid we have an excellent set of 1958 Chevrolet 348 c.i.d.cylinder heads,remanufactured.one cylinder head is dated L657 and the other is A258.chevrolet cast#3732791 is on both heads, matched pair except for the dates.of course maybe they had Christmas off between castings! These Heads have been completely remanufactured with MANLEY oversize VALVES AND HARDENED SEATS,magnafluxed,surfaced,dual H.D.valve springs for 425 hp cam,new guides,seals,screw in studs and guide plates from DR.409.these heads got the whole enchilada!these cylinder heads only fit the early 348 motors,late 1957 into early 1959 when Chevrolet changed the head design around the spark plug areas for better cooling.these ones take the short reach spark plug .the heads are very clean except for some minor stains,condensation from sitting on a shelf.all threads look good and clean....heat tabs installed as well.......selling as found right off the shelf!,dusty,shelf worn item sold as is pictured for you're 348 Chevy hot rod.please ask any questions ,ships UPS ground in two boxes and thanks for looking!
