Shipping After receipt of payment, SDTW DIRECT ships to US addresses within the 48 states via FedEx ground. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us to obtain a proper shipping quote. Local Pick up is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Most Items will be shipped within 2-3 Business days of purchase. Please allow 4-7 Business days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 7-10 days. This is required Due to the larger size of packages being that they are wheels and tires. Most package ship sooner however some may require up to 2-3 business days before shipping. Unwanted goods:
Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged. All unwanted Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. SDTW Direct. will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to his or her order. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes with a tracking number. SDTW Direct. will not be held liable for any damage caused during shipping from the customer to SDTW Direct; the customer must package their goods in the same way they received their goods. Before returning or exchanging a product(s), please contact us to issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the product(s) back to us. Incorrect goods:
Our auctions include descriptions and part numbers that are pursuant to the manufacturer. The images, however, may not be indicative of the actual product. We use stock images given to us by the manufacturers. If you are unsure of what a product may look like, please contact us for help. If you receive goods that are different from what you ordered, you must contact SDTW Direct. within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged. Damaged goods:

Warranty, Liability:
The tires sold by SDTW Direct. are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer warranty. Please remember that not all tires or wheels unless stated come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details of warranties can be found on the manufacturers' websites. Damage claims against SDTW Direct. will be refuted unless SDTW Direct. management, employees or legal representatives are liable for deliberate acts of gross negligence. We will not accept liability for damages due to negligence in so far this exclusion of liability is held to be reasonable under the given circumstances. The customer's statutory rights for non-delivery are not affected by this clause. Tires or Wheels returned for defects are subject only to the warranty and warranty process of the manufacturer of that tire or Wheel. Product claims can only be filed by our direct customers. Save for the customer's statutory rights in relation to the purchased tires or wheels and their fitness for purpose and (among others) satisfactory quality, damage claims will be refuted, if we, our legal representatives, or our management are not liable for deliberate act or gross negligence. This also applies to damages incurred due to duties neglected during negotiations, as well as unauthorized acts. Our legal representatives and management are not liable for ensuing damages and typical damages, resulting from a careless interpretation of minor contract duties or minor duties within the framework of a contract agreement. The total damage will be restricted to the typical average amount of damages, save for damage due to liability for negligently caused death or personal injury. This clause does not affect your right to seek compensation for any damage or loss incurred by the customer. In so far as we are insured against damage claims, we may pass on any resulting insurance claim to the client.
