All orders ship the following business day
We ship UPS or USPS depending on package weight and buyer location.
Packages to HI, AK and the U.S. protectorates may have a shipping surcharge applied.
JB Tool Sales does not ship on Saturdays, or USA holidays.

We do not charge any handling or packaging fees.
We ship worldwide via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express Mail. Please email for combined shipping quotes.
International shipping rates are based on package weight, the buyer will be responsible for any import taxes/dutes

Returns

Returns are accepted for 60 days after the purchase is made.
We do not accept returns from buyers outside of the United States.
JB Tool Sales will only cover shipping charges if we send an item in error, or if an item is defective.
Items returned must be brand new, unused, and in the original manufacturers packaging.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
