Please note that domestic orders normally are shipped within 2 business days from payment processing. All domestic shipping is via USPS unless you request otherwise. Please contact us with a special request before confirming your purchase.

International buyers: You are purchasing a product designed for use in North America. The power and transmission requirements may be different then in your local country, please make sure to follow all applicable use and safety regulations.

Shipments for international export, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, US protectorates, military addresses, and Canada require an additional 3-4 business days of processing time before shipment.


International and Postal Shipments:

• Please contact us for all International orders, PO boxes, military, and US addresses outside the contiguous 48 states.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
• Please check with your country s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" because US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• Not all addresses are serviced by all shippers, additional charges may be required for delivery to some locations.
• Please contact us before placing your order if you require combined shipping for multiple different items.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• We stand by the items we sell and will issue a full refund including freight charges on any defective or ship damaged item.
• Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives, we only accept reports of shipping damage within 14 days from delivery
• We will accept returns on these orders, although the shipping charges and a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
• A return number is required for all returned shipments to guarantee that you return is processed as quickly as possible.
• Before returning a product, please contact us to receive return instructions.
• Items must be returned within 30 days from purchase.
• Refunds may take up to 21 days to be issued after your return is received.
• When you complete your purchase, we are no longer able to change or cancel your order.
• The information you submit with your PayPal payment will be automatically processed.
• We cannot update your address, split shipments, combine shipments, or cancel your order.
