LED underbody light kit with add on wheel light kit.  This set of lights was installed on a friends car but used for less than 6 months and all worked at the time he removed them before selling car.  They are sold "as is" with no guarantees but to the best of my knowledge work fine.  There are two wires that were cut that would need repair(see pictures).  

The box states "to consult with local and state laws regarding the proper use of this product", and also that "this product is designed for off road use only".

I inspected all 9 plastic tubes and all are in good shape with only a crack(see pic) in one of the shorter tubes that shouldn't affect performance.
