RETURN POLICY:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS: a 30-day money back guarantee is available for all products/items not opened and returned in their original
package/box/container/bag. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and an up to 20% restocking fee associated with original purchase (only on
returned items deemed buyer's remorse). We cannot accept returns on any special ordered items, aerosol cans/paints or electrical parts.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If a product arrives broken, damaged or is not the correct product as indicated on the box / order, product can be returned within 30 days for a full
refund (shipping & marketplace fees will be returned). There is not a restocking fee for these cases. In order for this to apply - any item(s) deemed
as damaged / broken upon opening package- you are required to attach photo(s) when requesting a RMA with a clear image of item + package. (This is
required by the manufacturer and returns warehouse).
REFUND TIMEFRAME:
Returns are processed within 14-21-business days once product has been sent back with tracking number. We do however do our best to have them processed as
soon as possible.
NOTIFICATION OF REFUND:
An email will be automatically generated to the email address used within the marketplaces email system at the time of purchase that indicates your return
confirmation and any RMA/RGA (Merchandise Return Authorization) numbers, or shipping labels that you may require in order for the return to be accepted
from the warehouse and manufacturer.
NON-RETURNABLE:
Electrical parts, special-orders, service manuals, custom-made products, installations videos, aerosol cans/paints, are not returnable/refundable.
Shop Eddies is not responsible for any assembling of products gone wrong, deemed as not correct part / product for vehicle, for any
damaged incurred from using any of the products purchased. The manufacturer provides all product data and photos; therefore, Shop Eddies makes no guarantee
of accuracy during the parts look-up process. The responsibility of the user /installer is to verify the fit of all parts prior to installation. We advise
you to check with a licensed mechanic or speak to the manufacturer direct before using any part(s) purchased. We do not assume any risk associated with
your purchase.

It is important to note that all authorized returns must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, this includes all components. They cannot be
damaged due to incorrect installation, being disassembled or due to product being mounted. Any items returned that are missing components will not be
refunded. Shop Eddies is not held responsible for situations that may occur from trying to install and assemble products. These scenarios are not deemed as
damaged goods.

.Where is my money refunded?

All funds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments sent back to credit cards might take up to 72 hrs. to be seen on
statements.

I received my refund but it was not the amount I originally paid -why?

Refunds processed are less restocking fees (up to 20%). Therefore, the amount will always be a lesser amount (unless deemed "Shop Eddies Error")
EXAMPLE OF RETURN PROCESSED:
Item was purchased for $60.00 (free shipping included)
Taxes $0.00
Restocking fee (-20%) = $12.00
RETURN AMOUNT OWING $48.00
Customer is responsible for the return shipping back (unless item was damaged, or packaged incorrectly).
In some cases, especially when item is under $30 - it might make more sense for you to resell or re-list item on marketplace, whatever works best for
your scenario.

My order was cancelled before it was shipped and I was not refunded for the entire amount.

. If your order was shipped using the eBay?s Global Shipping program (GSP) your refund will be provided in two different amounts on your statement.
· The original purchase amount from Shop Eddies + any taxes and any shipping costs.
· A duty refund (if applied) from a third party freight organization (names may vary -but can be viewed in your eBay account).
· Note: it can take up to 72 hours to view refunds on statements.
Q. Are all listings 100% accurate?

Photos are meant for illustration purposes only. In about 5% of cases, item(s) might be different in color or shape for the different models or be shown as
