This is the spare jack and tool kit from a 1998 VW Passat. Like new condition overall. Jack was used once and has scratches on the foot of the jack, but the tools were never used and are pristine.

PAYMENT TIMES & SALES TAX

All items purchased with Buy It Now should be paid immediately.  All accepted offers should be paid within 24 hours. All other items must be paid within 7 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 7th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, just contact us and we can cancel the purchase. All payments must be made in US Currency. PAYMENT PROCESSING:

PayPal is our preferred payment-processing partner. If your PayPal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-check. PayPal e-checks will not be shipped until PayPal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed. Due to a high number of fraudulent activities with unconfirmed shipments, all shipments will only be shipped to the confirmed address with PayPal. If not confirmed, payment will be refunded, and sale cancelled. There are no exceptions to this policy.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION

Most of our sold items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or by FEDEX. Local pickup is available at no extra charge. All international shipments are completed by using eBay’s centralized international mailing system.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES, & FEES

International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes only the cost of shipping to you. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within two business days and same day if possible.

Orders paid by PayPal are shipped to the confirmed address only, no exceptions. If address is unconfirmed, payment will be refunded and auction cancelled.

INSURANCE:

All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation with shipping carriers.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number. The status of the order may be tracked on currier website.

MILITARY SHIPMENTS:

We ship all items to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Tracking for these shipments is not available.

SHIPMENT ISSUES:

Each item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please contact us through Ebay Message Service. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
