What is the return policy?
CarPartsInventory.com offers a 30-day limited warranty on most of our parts, which goes into effect starting the day the part is received by the customer. The warranty covers only the replacement of the part(s) you purchased. If there is no replacement part available at the time you need to replace your part, a full refund will be issued to you instead. The sales invoice is needed for the approval of replacement or refund request.
Some items may come with warranties lasting longer than 90 days or less than 90 days depending on the item purchased.
The warranty will not cover the following:
Any amount that exceeds that of the original sale.
Part damage or failure because of abuse, misuse, improper repair or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.
Lost or stolen warranty packages sent back by the customer parts being claimed under warranty. The customer must coordinate with the shipping company instead.
When returning an item, please include your invoice number so that you can avoid delays in getting a refund.
Freight charges, cost of parts removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damage.
