Items are priced by what similar ones have sold for.  There are 400 to 600 items in the DrKatz Closet ebay store so we don't have the time nor the interest in haggling over the price of each one.  Discounts from other sellers are normally given when asked because prices have been artificially raised.  They know buyers will ask for a discount regardless of how fair the price is.  Even if it's FREE.99...someone will ask "can you make it just a bit more FREE."  You will see "or best offer" on the listing if offers are being accepted, otherwise prices are fair and firm and will be put on sale only if they have to be relisted.
