Used trolling motor bracket for Minnkota. Wanted to share trolling motor between 2 boats so needed the same motor bracket. Unknown manufacture of this trolling motor brackets. Unit will line up with Minnkota #2374940 quick release motor bracket  holes for bottom plate, but top plate is longer so it extends further out over the edge of the boat.
